We hope you never need to return any products to us, but if you are not entirely satisfied then our MollieBee Guarantee will apply.

Returns

We require that you return your purchase to us with all the original labelling attached within 7 days of receiving the goods. Please ensure there are no marks on the item or wear on the tags and the item has been returned to us in its saleable condition. If this is the case we will be more than happy to issue you a full refund, less any postage costs incurred. We do suggest that you obtain proof of delivery from your post office as we unfortunately can't be held liable for the contents until it is received by us.

Exchange

We are happy to do exchanges subject to product availability. In this situation you will incur any additional delivery costs in performing the exchange.
