We offer a 100% Satisfaction GuaranteeWhile we hope you never need to return a product, if you are not entirely satisfied then our MollieBee Guarantee will apply. 

 

Returns

We require that you return your purchase to us with all the original labelling attached within 14 days of receiving it. Items should be in their original, unused condition with packaging and labels present. Please note that you are responsible for postage costs on returned goods from your address to MollieBee.com (in cases where the goods are faulty, we will assess the fault and honour any postage costs you incurred). Please ensure that you obtain proof of postage and that you use a registered service to ensure there is proof of delivery too. MollieBee.com will not be liable if a returned item fails to make it back to us. Upon receipt of a returned item we will be more than happy to issue you a full refund. Where the initial payment was by credit/debit card or Paypal, then the refund will be made back to your credit card/bank account or Paypal account. We cannot process refunds by any other method than the same method that you used to make the original payment. Please allow at least 10 working days for refunds to be processed after a product is returned to us. 

 

We offer the same terms as above for International Customers, though will accept a longer period with which to return the product (i.e. 21 days). It is very important that the package is clearly marked "RETURNED GOODS" on the customs form (if applicable) to avoid additional import charges and delays. If such charges are incurred when the item is returned, this will be deducted from the refund.

 

Exchanges

We are happy to do exchanges subject to product availability. In this situation you will be responsible for any postage costs in returning the original purchase to MollieBee.com and any further postage costs involved in sending the exchange item.
