Delivery Information

We like to keep things simple at MollieBee.com so we have kept our delivery charges simple too, so that you know exactly where you stand when ordering from us.

UK Delivery

Delivery within the UK is charged at just £1.95 per order. However, if your order comes to £30 or more, delivery will be free of charge.

Delivery to Europe

We deliver to European destinations at a flat rate of £7.50 per order. We cover all of Western Europe. Please note that for all other European destinations our checkout process will inform you as to whether we deliver there or not.

Delivery to the Rest of the World

Our Rest of the World delivery includes Australia, United Arab Emirates, Bahrain, Canada, Hong Kong, Japan, New Zealand, Singapore and USA. For these destinations we deliver at a flat rate of £12.50 per order.

Other Information

We aim to dispatch all orders the next working day after you ordered, provided the order was made by 5pm (GMT).

UK delivery will be either 1st Class or 1st Class Recorded. Most of our international deliveries across Europe or the Rest of the World will be sent via International Signed For Delivery. This means a signature will be required as proof that delivery was successful.

There are certain countries which may have import duties and / or taxes levied on the goods that we deliver. We have no control over this unfortunately and are unable to give you an indication of what the cost might be as the policies from each country can vary significantly. It will be your responsibility to cover these costs. We suggest that if you are unsure whether such costs will impact your order that you contact your local customs office for more information.
